SETTING UP
The headboards are designed to work with divan beds and come with a separate pair of wooden struts and screws which can be fitted to your bed (there are usually bolts at the headboard end).
Each headboard can also be wall mounted or come without the pillow stopper (see below). Get in touch if you would prefer this option.
The clouds come with picture hanging hooks attached and can be hung as easily as pictures.
COMPOSITION
The headboards and clouds are made with a combination of plywood, MDF, high quality foam, polyester wadding and fire retardant inter liners. All headboards meet and are fully compliant with domestic upholstery fire regulations.
CLEANING AND CARE
Should there be an accident or spillage the first step should be to clean using cold/lukewarm water and very mild soap detergents if needed. Do not apply heat as this could damage the fabric (especially faux fur) and spoil its sheen.
For the children's headboard range, each piece is individually upholstered and attached to the base board with heavy duty velcro. Therefore in the case of severe damage, it may be possible to send individual pieces back to the workshop for a re-cover, subject to fabric availability. This is subject to a small charge.
FABRIC
Some fabric may vary slightly from the pictures depending on availability but fabric samples are always available in advance so you can check the colours and textures work for your room.
HEADBOARD PILLOW STOPPER
The pillow stopper sits behind the mattress and makes the headboard and base of the bed appear joined together. It's called the pillow stopper because it stops pillows sneaking off down the back of the bed.
SHIPPING
Prices for shipping will vary depending on the size of your product and your location.
Clouds will be despatched within one week (pending your chosen fabric availability).
The lead-time for headboards is approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on fabric availability. Once completed, we will be in touch to find a suitable day for delivery then send your 4 hour delivery window the day before delivery.
Any faux fur compressed in transit can be lightly brushed out. Headboard struts and screws will be provided unless you have specifically asked for wall mounting attachments.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Headboards are made to order so we'll do our best to ensure you know how your headboard will look and feel by sending detailed photos and fabric samples. However, if you're absolutely sure your headboard doesn't fit and tell us within 14 days, we can either make modifications or fully refund, less shipping costs.
